Squid with mushrooms and rosemary
INGREDIENTS
- 5 peeled squid carcasses
- 10 small white mushrooms (can be frozen)
- 1 medium bulb
- 70 g butter
- 50 g of the crumb of white bread
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4-5 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
1. Chop garlic and 10-12 pieces of rosemary, add salt, pepper and pumpkin seed oil. Season 4 carcasses of squid with the resulting mixture.
2. Cut mushrooms into small cubes. Also cut the onion and the remaining squid carcass. Fry mushrooms with onions in butter, then add squid, cook for 3 minutes. Add bread crumbs, season with salt and pepper.
3. Stuff squid mushroom filling, cleave slice toothpick. Fry on the grill or grill pan until cooked, 4 min.
