100 grams green pepper (puree)
7 cloves of garlic (puree)
7 cloves of onion (mashed)

Powdered chicken broth (to taste)
Right amount of oil)
2 orange leaves
How to make
Saute the spices that have been smoothed with a little oil until fragrant and half-baked.
Add the fish to the spices, stir well, cook until done.
Add, salt, sugar and chicken broth to taste.
Cook until all ingredients are well blended and cooked.
Pick up a chili paste of cooked chilli, serve while still warm with warm white rice and a sprinkling of fried onions.
