the process of making crispy mushrooms

Materials needed to make crispy oyster mushroom :

• 400 grams of oyster mushrooms that have been washed and water squeezed. Suwir-suwir oyster mushrooms by hand.

• 600 grams of wheat flour. (500 grams for coating and the remaining 100 grams for dye)

• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder for coating materials, while 1 teaspoon of baking powder is used for dye oyster mushroom.

• 2 cloves of garlic that size is rather large. Puree garlic that has been peeled to be mixed in dyes.

• 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper powder for coating and dyeing materials.

• 50 grams of cornstarch for coating material

• 1/2 teaspoon chicken powder broth

• Salt according to taste

• Boiled water to mix the dyestuff

processing stage :

1. Make a dye first by mixing 100 grams of flour, baking powder, garlic, salt, and pepper powder into a container.

2. Add enough water or about 250 ml. Stir until all is well blended and no flour is clothed. Taste it first. You can add a little spice if there is something missing.

3. For the mushroom coating material, mix 500 grams of teringa flour, drained to the dye. Baluri all parts of mushrooms with batter dough until well blended.

4. When mixed well, insert the mushroom into the dough. Roll over until covered by flour coating.

5. While rolling the mushrooms into the coating material, you can heat the oil in the frying pan to fry crispy mushrooms.

6. Mushrooms that have been flavored into the flour was put into the frying pan and fried until cooked. Drain and serve while warm with chilli sauce.
