Breakfast | Hash Browns on Cast Iron
Great hash browns are super easy to make!!
- Peel russet potatoes
- Grate potatoes using long strokes
- Chop an onion
- Toss chopped onions with potatoes
- Preheat griddle or cast iron skillet to 350°F
- Cover the griddle or skillet with a small amount of oil
- Spread potatoes in an even layer
- Once spread, divide into individual servings
- Cook until brown and crisp on one side
- Flip, then cook until brown and crisp on other side
- While other side is cooking, sprinkle with sea salt and a tiny bit of granulated garlic.
