4 Ingredient Almond Energy Balls/No Cooking/+Nutritional info
Hello!
This is one of my favorite snack recipes.
Tasty, crunchy, easy and it takes max 10 minutes to make (no baking, cooking or waiting).
Ingredients:
- 160 grams ( 5.64 oz) raw almonds
- 100 grams ( 3.53 oz ) golden raisins
- ~ 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- ~ 3 - 4 tbsp honey
! Blend almonds and raisins together
! I like it more when there are bigger pieces of almonds left in, but its all about your preference ;)
Then add cinnamon and honey. Mixture should be sticky and wet. I suggest to mix it with (clean) hands instead of spoon.
! Roll the mixture into balls (other shapes are fine too) and wrap in foil. This recipe made 15 energy balls. Keep them in fridge and eat whenever you want a snack. Try them cold and warm to understand which version tastes better for you :)
Also - while eating - try not to touch the energy balls with fingers, because they will still be sticky!
I actually don't like honey or raisins, but I like the taste of them in this snack :)
