summer soup in the winter "at the bottom of the barrel"
Hi all! I want to share a soup recipe which cooked the other day. My daughter has named it as the fairy tale "Kolobok" "at the bottom of the barrel", as it really had to scrape up from frozen food and cook a light vegetable soup.I think not only I have these 2-3 days before the paycheck, when you turn on the head very much - what to cook? Like in the fridge "mouse hang" which is not just laughs, and laughs with you.
And so in my fridge I found:
trimming chicken - they went to the broth
2 - potatoes
a handful of rice
zucchini (diced and frozen)
1/4 small head of cabbage
tomatoes (diced and frozen)
sweet pepper (diced and frozen)
carrots (diced and frozen)
greens (chopped,frozen)
m/R, salt, black pepper,Bay leaves - to taste
Preparation: cook the broth, peel the potatoes, wash, cut into cubes; throw into the broth.
Wash rice and just throw in the broth. While everything is cooked make sauté: in a pan, pour a little m/R and fried onion, carrot, tomato, cabbage to shred. When potatoes and rice are cooked throw the cabbage, peppers, zucchini, browned vegetables, herbs, salt and pepper to taste 2 leaves of Bay leaf.
Was very surprised, turned out very tasty. Bon appetit.
