Carrying it over to the third week increases the reward but the chances of winning also increased.

I would only carry this 2 SBI further for #ccc entry winners.
IF winner only guessed the correct person, it'll be just 1 SBI from me.

But, if there were at least 3 valid #ccc entries with a write up relating to the guess, an analysis whether it's rational or not, I'll reward the additional, carried over 2 SBI totaling to 3 SBI for the winning #ccc post.
