Introduction

In our society today, we are familiar with the saying "water is life". It's true, without which no living thing could exist. But it would have been better if the saying is replaced by "clean water is life".

Problem Identification

In Ghana, many communities don't have access to clean water and this leads to water-related diseases and sometimes death in worse situations.

Solution and Business Plan

My idea is to use untapped naturally occurring underground reservoirs to solve the problem. This is going to be in the form of borehole sunk at a reasonable depth and subsequent purification and supply of water by a filter pump.

Although the idea is capital intensive, it's cost effective as well because underground water is continually recharged by rainfall. Clean water can now be supplied and sold to these communities lacking good water.
