Terance opened his eyes and sent glances in all directions. Only his wife Veenu was he could recall. He firmly grasped his friend's hand while muttering "V.....e...e...n...u.". His eyes closed. That marked Terance's passing.

Wow, We love this story for what @ty-ty has to say. We definitely got bowled over by the sarcasm used by the author, and we are all for sarcasm, fiction, and creative writing. Read what he feels about this situation-

"No, that would be too tragic!" someone called in. From the very back came the shout, "Like Uriah and Bath-sheba - Terence must perish so that someone high up can have his wife!"

As his vision faded, Terence saw a figure approaching. It was one of the militants, a young man with a cold look in his eyes. Terence reached for his gun but his strength was failing.
