This device cannot start Code 10 error. The perfect solution

Solution
I focused on having to reinstall my usb drive.
As a characteristic of Windows progrem, it is noted that it automatically installs most drivers. When you erase the usb drive, Windows progrem will eventually reinstall it.

This is the usb driver currently installed in my computer. (In my case, the Nexus 7, the tablet PC, was in error.)
If you look at this, it shows you the usb driver installed.
Because of the nature of the laptop (report preparation), various usb are used.

Please specify all blocks of the installation usb (if you want to find the usb you want to erase by clicking the ctrl and then selecting the block.)
Click on the trash can icon that I have marked in red.

This is a notice to erase all selected drives. Press Yes!
