Diversity is discrimination!

in #companies7 years ago

This should be no surprise to anyone looking for a job or watching the news. Anytime someone rejects you based on sex, race, religion, political affiliation , and/or sexual orientation has committed discrimination. What if your applying for a job and because of diversity hires you get rejected? I have noticed while applying for jobs that many companies are now asking for a lot more than just work experience. If employers are not using this info for discrimination, then what's the reason for it?
Companies receive tax incentives for hiring people that are on food stamps, disabled, veterans, out of work for long periods of time, and those who receive government assistance. If you are hiring people because of tax incentives, you are discriminating against those in the work force. This is the reason employers can not find good workers! When you you pay low wages and hire people who's only quality is diversity, you are not helping your company! Don't believe me, take a look at Wal-Mart, the biggest welfare queen of them all! Pushing good, qualified candidates away so you can be diverse is bullshit! So keep whining corporate America, you are reaping what you sow! Please share your experiences in the comments section below.
