I have stated in previous posts. buying votes is what happens in politics, and if it is frowned upon there by the community as a reference to buying votes in Steemit. Some will say it is totally different, one has nothing to do with the other. I am still low in my level and use availability of free votes a few times. However i do not pay for a vote.
The grading of good content vs other content is something which is very hard to monitor and value, we each hold different opinions and pictures at different levels of importance.
On what will the content that gets pushed to the top be value'd?
Where will the proceeds of the post go?
will each member be upvoted to the top over time?
Well, this is about straight crap that adds zero value to anyone. It doesn't reveal new information, the writing and imagery used is poor, and much of it even gets numerous down votes, just not enough to dampen it. Join,or don't join. Follow the link for more information. In fact, we're not even trying to fight the spam, just replace it with good content that's not being seen.

Well, no, it's a fix the system by promoting good content. Any other method just makes everyone equally poor.
