A driveway mirror? So this isn't on a car, but sitting off a post or wall or something? Hmmmm. Maybe I've seen something like that before, but I can't think of where. A major city perhaps? Maybe it was an office building of some kind. At any rate, those aren't very common here. Sounds like they might not be as common there, either. Or they're in the background, but not very noticeable until you need them.
