Why do the dishes?!

in #comedy8 years ago

I absolutely Hate doing the dishes, and I know that sounds normal and everything. But I EXTRA hate it, the whole idea make me shiver. The worst part is when you're expected to remember to do the dishes, as if its actually something I think about.
I think the dishes are actually a disease that every family has to suffer from, well maybe not EVERY family. But most families, because it actually has its own effects on the family. Im going to call it, the 'Dishes Effect'.
When a family suffers from the Dishes Effect, they usually experience the folllowing:
-unhappy parents
-lots of arguments
-unhappy kids
Now, this is how it effects the family as a whole. But it effects the parents in the following ways:
-unhappy
-sore throat from shouting
-tired
And this is how it effects the kids:
-unhappy
-tired
-eyes hurt from crying about the fact that they are fighting
-not as social (grounded a lot more)
I think we can agree that he kids are affected more than the parents. So i stand up for all the kids in the world, and we shall march in unison to conquere the dishes!
This whole thing was made up, but thanks for reading it!

I was so annoyed my Lady ran the dishwasher at 3 pm last week. This meant upon evening the dishes finished washing and had to be towel dried before we could put the next dirty dishes in.

Personally I wash the dishes at 7am (or overnight) , then open the machine and let them air dry over the day, I open the door move the dishes around to remove puddles of water then leave the racks pulled open.

A few hours later everything is dry and I stack it away . . .

Do not have a dishwasher; like a BOT dishwasher, but have a HUMAN dishwasher ?

Simply assign two plates and cutlery and cup/ glass to each person. Each person needs to rinse and wash over their own stuff and keep it in their own assigned zone.

The easiest way is to wet the plate and clean it with your hand, then soapy water and allow to rinse and air dry.

This is how children end up dysfunctional adults; being forced into child slave labour ! ! !

I guarantee some psychologist somewhere has a grant to prove their is a clear correlation between imprisoned young adults and what percentage of those were repeatedly asked to wash the dishes . . .

In fact society would be better served if child protection agencies lobbied the government to have Govt. grants available to help people offset teh cost of installing dishwasher RoBOTS.

The youth of today are tomorrows future; we must do all we can to make them as lame, dysfunctional, soft, entitled and lazy as practical ! ! !

Recently some 16 year old (as a Minor) applied to the Courts for permission to Sue the manufactures of " The Pet Rock " toy for emotional distress since they honestly believed their Pet Rock had DIED ! ! !
