A long time ago in my teenage years we used to defend ourselves with the belt, we bought the belts with heavy heavy buckles, just by making a blow the attacker fled.
I really appreciate the material you use every day, you give us an overview of how to defend ourselves

We have many things that can be used as a self defense. When your life is in danger, you always try your best to defend yourself. And I'll keep sharing different things about self defense.
