Good morning!!
This is a beautiful photo and reminds me of a nice, quiet time on these backwaters. 2 times I went with a houseboat and stayed there too. It was pure luxury. We had 1 living room, bedroom, bathroom on the boat and 3 people crew. The boat was then pushed with bamboo poles and we drove quietly along the banks with the friendly Indians along.
This was a long time ago and there where still a few houseboats without an engine.
