Color Challenge-Purple Sunday!! Hair color.

I am a hair stylist, musician, artist and photographer. I really was happy with how this photo and hair turned out.

I have been a stylist for 10 years and my model comes in about every 6-8 weeks and we do a fun color. We are eachothers HairApy session. I get creative satisfaction and she loves the colorful fun hair. I never charge her and it is an understanding we have.

I use a temporary dye called ‘Pravana.’ I also sometimes use a brand called ‘Pulp Riot.’ These are both temporary dyes that have no developer or ammonia. They can stay in the hair for up to 90 days. However, it is up to the client to be using the right products at home and washing with cooler water.

My personal favorite shampoo and Conditioner is by a brand called ‘evo.’ They are an Austrailian brand that is sulfate free, use natural ingredients where they can, mostly Vegan (has bees wax in a paste), donate their products to shelters, and Do Not test on animals.
