This is a photo I took 15 years ago today using an old digital camera (before camera apps became ubiquitous). This was the total lunar eclipse on May 15, 2003 at 11:52 PM.

I'm fairly certain I had the camera on a tripod. Today's "smart" phones have better capabilities.
