The first thing I thought when I saw that today he touched the Green color was in my beloved Venezuela and its incredible #SaltoElAngel in the Canaima National Park, in the state of Bolívar.

The Salto El Angel is the highest waterfall in the world, with a height of 979 m, generated from the Auyantepuy.

The studios of Pixar Animation decided to make this story after watching a documentary of the Amazonian forest of Venezuela. Which represented a challenge for the director and for all those who worked in the production.

Filmmaker Pete Docter faced one of the biggest challenges of his career when the pair Disney and Pixar chose him to direct the new animated adventure Up. The most difficult issue was to recreate a paradisiacal place located in South America, full of animals and endemic plants: the tepuy (flat mountain with vertical walls) where is the Angel Falls, the highest waterfall in the world.
