Colleges Are In the Business of "Educating" or some Form There of, Colleges Unfortunately are NOT in the Business of Providing Experiences that Will Be Relevant to an Individuals Success. No I am Not Talking About an Internship, Those Do Not Count Because Often Times They are Done Apart from The In-School Learning. What I am Talking About is How Unprepared Schools, Especially Higher Learning Institutes in Business, Management, Marketing etc(no Trade Schools) Actually Are in Readying Students for They're Employers Needs. And Yet The Masses Still Wonder Why Companies are eagerly hunting good talented and skilled workers overseas. What Do Colleges Actually Do? They Shove Some Form of Standardized Material Garbage down the students throat and expect them to regurgitate it on command? They Praise repetition above critical thinking and problem solving. God Forbid a student thinks for him/herself and Openly Challenges What is said in the textbook! Just See how well The Later Proves in Business

The Institutional Learning Setting and the Forced Command Style teaching that is in Place in 90% of Schools nowadays is not going to change anytime soon. It has been Around for over 200 Years. Do Not expect this to happen.
