National Signing Day For High School Athletes

Have we lost our mind as a society? There is so much notoriety around the choices of 17 and 18 year high-schoolers. Let's be honest that it's all about money at the end of the day. How much better will this kid make the football team to get them closer to a national championship that will boost the coffer of the school? What affect does this have on the kid? We make them superstars before they are even men. Of course they will make bad decisions just like we did as a young person but what part do we play as a society to create those bad decisions?
