RE: VIABLE

WOW

That's a big brain-bomb.

I think this article is a bit to big. And should be broken down into smaller episodes spread over a couple of weeks or so.

Then people can react to smaller topics .

And in the comment's it will be more easy to see what and how it is related.

I wish i had a bit more bandwidth available.

Now is the time to raise our voices.

Let us be forcefully humane as well. :-)

I need to come back when my mind is more focussed to read this article in it's full brain-dump. Impressive work @cmw!

You're right, I was thinking just the same thing. There are plenty of topics here like "censorship" that could be addressed and would not overwhelm but get people thinking in a different way. I wrote this before Steemit, before Medium when I was just a frustrated activist in by own little way. The big takeaway is that all the rage against the machine is just that rage. It is good and admirable, but it is swimming against the current. We need to change the playing field and make those at the top play by our rules.

Salmon uses the energy IN the stream to swim all the way up stream.

At the end of the stream they make more salmon that will in their turn swim all the way upstream the next year.

Bruce Lee said: Be like water, 'become the teapot'
I would now say, 'become the salmon'

Swimming against the stream is hard, but it will be noticed, admired, and supported once the awareness is there.

Once we are at the top we will make new mistakes and we will need people to swim against our stream to make us see what we did wrong.
The difference is that we should EMBRACE THE SWIMMERS, feed the swimmers, instead of eating them alive like a hungry bear.

We the swimmers
We the teapot
