Eva Longoria Lists Longtime L.A. Home for $3.795 Million
Actress Eva Longoria is selling her longtime home in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Hollywood Hills for $3.795 million.
The former star of “Desperate Housewives” listed the three-story Mediterranean-style home on Thursday. Ms. Longoria, 43, who is expecting her first child in a few months, has owned the hillside home for 12 years.

She bought it in 2006 for $3.6 million, according to property records.
The more than 8,500-square-foot house has six bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms, according to the listing with Loren Judd of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Mr. Judd did not immediately return request for comment.
