Coffee: The Good and the Bad You Didn't Know About

in #coffee8 years ago

I often tell my clients it does not matter what we do, not why we do it. If I am pleased because I have low self esteem and I fear that may not like me otherwise, I emphasize my body produce chemicals, creating inflammation and degeneration. However, if I'm nice to you because it feels good to be nice (if I like it or not), then I create healing and regeneration of chemistry in my body.

Exactly the same logic applies to coffee. If you have it because you love, then you can reap the benefits of it and then some. But if you have one, if necessary, to drink, it is probably the worst thing you can do for yourself.

Coffee contains antioxidants and other substances that are linked to improved heart health, liver function, brain performance and sugar metabolism. It even helps the diversity of the microflora in the gut!

On the downside, which is a stimulant (which depletes your adrenal glands big time if used long term), is addictive, is very acidic (which is harmful to the joints, as well as our ability to detoxify because it slows lymphatic drainage), and absorption of essential minerals such as iron is avoided (decaffeinated done too).

So how can you determine if your body will benefit from coffee or not? Here's how:

If you can not wake up in the morning, unless you had a coffee, if not sleep well, if you drink coffee in the afternoon or the energy is blocked, and if you feel sore head when he no, then it's not good for you. What may be suffering from adrenal exhaustion and coffee, it's just worse. In this case, we can not obtain all the advantages mentioned above. If you want help, consider letting the coffee immediately! Start a practice of meditation to reduce your stress levels; go to bed at 9 o'clock and make sure you are asleep before 10 o'clock; being in nature; focus on the recognition and forgiveness; tea drink herbal (chamomile is most excellent in this case). And last but not least, consider some type of emotional release therapy because emotions are stuck without doubt contribute to their state of exhaustion.

If, however, you find yourself in a situation where you can be perfectly happy and functional without coffee, then you can get a lot of advantages to enjoy a good cup occasionally. Make sure you take as a digestive after a meal (best time to do this is after lunch) and found in a happy, relaxed state of alert even before a. Do not use it as a crutch. This is a conscious choice and not by necessity and your body will absorb all the good things about it. If caffeine stimulates too, go decaf because the benefits of drinking coffee are not related to the caffeine itself.

The golden rule with coffee (as with all other things in life) must be "restraint". That because you like it, avoid at all costs if you can not live without it.

Sort:

I am definitely an connoisseur (addict) of coffee. I require a strong pot of pressed black coffee every day. I could probably get by without it but that would require some tapering using pure caffeine, instead. I hate decaf, the taste and the lack of potency is what makes me avoid it. Alas using things in moderation is something to keep in mind for the future for all things and not just coffee.

Thank you for the write-up. I'd love to see some sources for this. For all I know this was copied verbatim. :P

welcom and i am glad you liked :)
