Outro used to be a Paris Baguette located near Union Square. It seems like they've rebranded and now include a food option which is pretty interesting. As a software engineer I really enjoy what New York city has to offer in terms of coffee shops. I was intrigued by the new name and thought it would be worth a look.

Overall, nothing much has really changed in terms of physical location and decor. Even the handle for the outside tables still had the letter "B" (in reference to Baguette) from the previous owners.

In terms of coffee, it was relatively standard and nothing really stood out. The outside ambiance was really nice but I found myself struggling to get a good wifi signal running. As a software engineer, having good wifi connection is super important to me and after about 30 minutes of struggling I decided to close my laptop and read a book until I finished my coffee.

If you're looking for a place to just have a good conversation with a friend or not need to use the WIFI this is not a bad place to check out. Unfortunately for me without WIFI I can't do any work so in general this is not a place I would go again.
