Lol I heard the theme song playing in my head as I read this. I remember watching TV on a black and white and getting only ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX and PBS. Sometimes even fewer channels if the weather wasn't cooperating. My kids have no idea how far things have come and how easy enertainment is to get compared to not so long ago.
I haven't ran into any bullies on here yet, I guess I have lucked out. As with any gathering of humans, an asshole will surely be in attendance.
Our kids have no idea...Now they have paper thin light weight tvs with the most vivid and nrightest color I have ever seen. The LED technology is sweet. No gigantic tubes. No need for gigantic furniture to hold a gigantic tv. TV's now come in 3 sizes, large, extra large and extra extra large...lol
Take your pick of flat, ultra flat, or paper thin..Your tv can interact with you if you have a SMART TV. Instantly stream music and movies. No need to go to the video rental store or record shop. Want what you are watching to jump off the screen and scare the total crap out of you? Welcome to 3d television... This list goes on and on...You could write a post or 2 just about the advancement of the television. Thanks @dwhntx.
