Thanks to @starkerz for drawing this exchange for my attention - at first glance it seems to have a well-designed format and tool that matches an existing site like Bittrex - plus, they run their own coins (COB) and have extra support for ICO launches, free coin drops and even zero trade fees! Let's look in more detail and more complete I'll explain.

I find the name for this exchange to be a bit weird, I'm still not sure where it came from - it's definitely a mix of 'Robin Hood' - old English story of 'redistribution of wealth' and 'C', which may refer to 'Crypto'?

If that's the case, then it's a bold and exciting move to name the exchange in a way that shows rebellion and deliberate redistribution of wealth! Let's dig deeper.
