Dumplings_饺子

Dumplings are unique to China. Many foreign friends come to China and will eat delicious dumplings.

Dumplings left a good impression on many people. In northern China. during the New Year. Will be a family reunion. And eat dumplings together.

This is a traditional culture. in my memory. Dumplings are a symbol of Chinese cuisine since ancient times. When the food was scarce, eating dumplings was extravagant.

饺子，是中国特有的美食。很多国外的朋友来到中国后，会吃到美味的饺子。

饺子给很多人留下了不错的印象。在中国北方地区。过年的时候。会一家团聚。并一起吃饺子。

这是一种传统文化。在我的记忆中。饺子是中国远古以来美食的象征。以前食物匮乏的时候，吃饺子是很奢侈的。

只有到节日的时候，庆祝某个纪念日才会做美味的饺子吃。渐渐的保留下来节日要吃饺子的习俗。

 

在中国北方。饺子是一种喜庆的食物。代表着一家团圆的象征。

如果有亲戚和朋友到来做客。当地的人会亲手包饺子来招待客人。

吃饺子的习惯和中国南方地区方法不一样。北方人喜欢煮的方式来吃。

当然，这是很美味的，北方地区的人习惯这样享受美食。因为人们尊重传统。

中国南方地区吃饺子的方式是：蒸。

蒸出来的饺子吃起来更美味。如果用“醋”做酱料。那会更美味。

所有的饺子都是靠人工亲手制作。现在没有制作饺子的机器。除了饭店的饺子不用自己动手之外。在家里吃到的饺子都要靠自己动手制作。

制作饺子会全家人一起合作来完成。这是一种幸福。很亏了的气氛。
