在攝影班小雪認識了小張，
小雪很欣賞小張對攝影的熱情，
而小張也很欣賞小雪對攝影的認真，
2人一拍即合，常約會去拍照。
有一天，小張約小雪上山頂拍夜景，
小雪說了一個很長的電話，
「平時拍照小雪是不會接電話的，是誰呢？」小張心裡想。
小雪收線後說：「李醫生真好，怕我再感冒，教我很多預防方法。」
小張認真地說：「小雪，明天我買一箱蘋果給你。」
小雪不太明問：「為什麼要送蘋果給我？」
小張說：「因為一天一蘋果，醫生遠離你。」
