[Life thoughts] At the end of the year, it's time for a review. How do we do a good job?

in #cn2 years ago

I participated in my company's "Lead Goose Formation" special forum on Tuesday. The duration of the session was one and a half hours, and I gained a lot from it. It just happened to be the end of the year, which is the time for a review. Today, I picked out some points that combined with my work, to talk about how to do a good job.

[After writing, I realized that the work part is confidential, I had to conceal it, and could only send out part of it.]

How to do a good job can be divided into two points: "subjectively wanting to do a good job" and "being able to do a good job in reality"

When discussing these two issues, you must first know what kind of person you are, this will affect your work approach and method. What is your "feeling" (a bit pretentious to say) when you come to work, this will directly affect your attitude and view towards work.

For example, I have a low emotional intelligence, I am not good at dealing with people, I think that working ability is more important than interpersonal relationships, I think that rules are more important than human relationships. I value the process, but I am results-oriented, I am strict with etiquette and military discipline. I don't like overtime, in the past five years of working in the company, I could count the number of times I've worked overtime on one hand.

I used to work in human resources, when I did performance evaluations, I thought that employees' overtime was a reflection of their attitude and working ability. Good employees should make reasonable arrangements for their working time after making clear work plans.

Alright, let's get back to me subjectively wanting to do a good job.

In my opinion, this refers to working with enthusiasm, not working hard - it doesn't mean that if you come to work the earliest and leave the latest, it means you are working with enthusiasm, that's called "working hard". When working, you should use your brain more, observe more and find problems proactively.
