以下是制作流程:
📝准备材料(2人份):
• 铁观音茶叶 15g(选浓香型更出味,这次奢侈的用了赛珍珠11111
• 清水 500ml
• 冰凉粉 20g(超市买的现成包装)
• 细砂糖 30g(不爱甜的可以减)
• 配料:蜜豆、椰奶、桂花蜜(按喜好加,我加的是桂花蜜
👩🍳做法(5分钟搞定):
- 铁观音加清水煮3分钟,煮出茶色后关火,过滤掉茶叶(茶汤留着)
- 趁热倒入冰凉粉和细砂糖,疯狂搅拌到完全融化(一定要趁热!不然容易结块)
- 倒进大碗里放凉,室温静置1小时就凝固了,想快的话放冰箱冷藏
- 凝固后用刀划成小块,淋一勺桂花蜜,绝了!
一口下去先是铁观音的醇厚茶香,接着是冰凉粉的滑嫩,完全不腻!夏天来一碗,比喝冰奶茶健康多了,还不用担心长胖~

Tieguanyin ice jelly is here to save your summer! The cool tea aroma hits you right in the soul. If you're tired of the same old brown sugar flavor, you have to try this Tieguanyin version — 100 times more refreshing than milk tea, and super easy to make. Even total beginners can nail it on the first try!
📝 Ingredients (Serves 2):
15g Tieguanyin tea leaves (choose the stronger roasted type for more flavor — we splurged on a premium "Saizhenzhu 11111")
500ml water
20g ice jelly powder (ready-made packets from the supermarket work great)
30g fine sugar (reduce if you prefer it less sweet)
Toppings: sweet red beans, coconut milk, osmanthus syrup (add to your liking — we used osmanthus syrup)
👩🍳 Instructions (Done in 5 minutes!):
Boil the Tieguanyin leaves in water for about 3 minutes until the tea is richly colored. Turn off the heat and strain out the leaves (keep the tea).
While the tea is still hot, quickly stir in the ice jelly powder and sugar until fully dissolved. Important: do this while it's hot or it may clump!
Pour into a large bowl and let it set at room temperature for 1 hour (or chill in the fridge if you’re in a hurry).
Once set, cut into cubes and drizzle with osmanthus syrup — divine!
One bite and you’re hit with the deep, roasted aroma of Tieguanyin, followed by the smooth, jelly texture — refreshing but never heavy! A bowl of this is so much healthier than iced milk tea, and you won’t have to worry about the extra calories.
Tips:
If you love a stronger tea flavor, add an extra 5g of tea leaves. Just don’t overboil — too long and it’ll get bitter.
