$2 Vegan Rice Noodles on China/Vietnam Border! YUM!!!! 河口县云南省的好吃的米线！

Alright I am back! While I was living in Vietnam I would go up to the border of Vietnam and China about once a month for some business. While there I would often eat these incredible noodles! Vietnam is famous for "rice noodles" or "Pho", but so is Yunnan province, SW China. A lot of the culture goes back and forth between the two actually. For example there are lots of "bongs" in Vietnam, you can see people smoking tobacco out of them on every street corner, well they do the same thing in Yunnan Province (云南省), China. This restaurant is in a small town which I love called Hekou (河口县), RIGHT on the border with Vietnam and you can see Vietnam from the restaurant actually! It is extremely interesting to be in this area actually because of the mix of Chinese/Vietnamese and Chinese Minority groups! A mix of many cultures and languages!
