Can anyone explain this phenomenon?
This remarkable phenomenon appeared right above us. The rims of the cloud is immediately met by the absence of clouds, with an almost parallel strip of sky all the way around, then fine, vapaour-like cloud surrounding that. Can any of you explain this? Probably aliens 😂

Interesting thought. There is also an old mine dump directly below where it was. The mine dump has been tested to contain radons by a former student at my university.
