New WAF from CloudFlare
CloudFlare recently released to all customers/plans the new "Web Application Firewall (WAF) which includes: Managed Rules, Custom Rules and Rate Limiting Rules.
You would need to take Action to upgrade before 1/May, 2024 (One Year Ahead).
Sadly, there is no automate tool to convert the "previous" or "old" settings in CloudFlare dashboard - and I have 15 domains, so it will cost me a few hours to migrate to the new settings.
