Winter Wind

in #classical-music6 years ago (edited)

¡Buen viaje!

Tonight, friends, I immerse myself in the most exquisite romanticism. In the cold "Winter Wind".

Chopin is one of my favorite composers. All their studies have their complications, the study Op. 25 No. 11 is known as the longest and one of the most difficult. However, the importance of this study, for me, is the beauty of it.

A couple of years ago I dared to do this recording, and it was particularly in a piano more or less out of tune. Sometimes it is simply what we have at hand, and that for me will not be an impediment to show my art. Great composers like Debussy believe that a piano should be slightly out of tune so that its harmonics are heard, if this is so, then we have harmonics in this recording! LOL.

However, I deeply appreciate having this piano and a friend who recorded me. I only suggest that you serve yourself a glass of wine and dare to listen to this beautiful work, letting it slowly enter your head and allowing it to immerse you in the coldest Winter Wind.

Look for a good coat.

Good trip!
