just wanna share my favorite food. I miss this so so much this is what we call (UTAN) in the Philippines. This is very nutritious and very affordable. It has Okra that is rich in fiber contains antioxidants and also control your blood sugar also we have SQUASH that is rich in vitamins A,B6 and C and lastly the SUPER FOOD💪🏻 MALUNGGAY or moringga it is 7x more vitamins C and 15x more potassium than bananas WOWW!! Affordable but yet Super nutritious😊❤️.
