Fractured: Excellent thriller
Honey had this movie in his to-watch list (friends' recommendation, probably). I say, it was an excellent suggestion.
A couple that's always arguing is driving in the Minnesota fall when they need to make a pit stop. Their daughter (and he) fall into a construction site. After waking up, he seems that his daughter is fine, minus a broken arm. They drive to a clinic nearby, but he has to be in a waiting room because the RMI room can only hold one visitor. After a few hours, he goes back to the reception desk and they claim there is no trace of them...
I don't watch many thrillers, but this one is certainly very good. All through the movie, we have to decide what's real: is the hospital a nefarious organ haversting place or has the man suffered from such brain injury that it's making an alternate reality? It goes left and right until the big reveal.
Side note: I wonder why the only (main) black character is the "voice of reason".
In short, Fractured will keep you at the edge of your seat wondering what's happening. After the reveal, previous scenes will make more sense, but as you see them you'll think nothing of them because of the great montage
Final rating: 4.2/5
