Noche Buena - Christmas Eve Dinner

First and foremost, A happy yuletide season everyone!

I hope you are with your love ones this holiday, as Filipino we always gather
with our family.

When it comes to festive celebration, we Filipinos always prepare tasty meals.
On the eve of Christmas, we have a Christmas buffet called Noche Buena.

Spanish for night of goodness. Just like this buffet , Oh yeah!

One viand is always present and that is Sweet ham or we call it as Hamon.
A whole roasted pork can be a substitute to accommodate many guests.

Usually around 10pm in the evening, we attend holy mass on our church nearby then at 12am.

Christmas is not all about food and presents, let us remember we celebrate it for the birth
of our Savior Jesus Christ!
