"FOR THERE IS NO PARTIALITY WITH GOD."
Romans 2:11 (NKJV)

Comment: Here Apostle Paul was talking about God's faithfulness and thoroughness. God would not give preference or special consideration to anyone regardless of the person's status. Judgement would be meted out based on the deeds of an individual person. God would not consider you for His Kingdom because of your position in the church, whoever you are, or whatever you do, you would be paid or rewarded accordingly (Romans 2:6-10; 1 Peter 4:17).
David was called a man after God's heart, in other words, he was loved by God. However, when he committed a sin, slept with another man's wife—Uriah's wife—and arranged a bloody death for the husband (2 Samuel 11:1-27). God was displeased with what He did and had to discipline him. God did not spare him or sweep the matter under the carpet; He dealt with him as He would If it were another person—God is not partial (2 Samuel 12:7-14; Romans 2:6,11).
READ: Deuteronomy 10:17; Acts 10:34; Colossians 3:25

Partiality is common with man, humans, even among the believers. In a local church you will see partiality being displayed or exhibited (Acts 6:1). But this supposed not to be in the gathering of the people of God. Even in a family, you will see partiality being displayed; either one of the parents to a particular child or one child being favoured than the rest of his or siblings. Joseph case comes to mind as an example of such:
3 NOW ISRAEL LOVED JOSEPH MORE THAN ALL HIS CHILDREN, because he was the son of his old age. ALSO HE MADE HIM A TUNIC OF MANY COLOURS. 4 BUT WHEN HIS BROTHERS SAW THAT THEIR FATHER LOVED HIM MORE THAN ALL HIS BROTHERS, THEY HATED HIM AND COULD NOT SPEAK PEACEABLY TO HIM" (Genesis 37:3,4 NKJV).
Joseph siblings hated him because of the special love which their father had for him.

Partiality may be found in man but not in God. God is a just God! He does not lie (Numbers 23:19). He does not tempt with evil (James 1:13).
Impartiality or fairness or unbiasedness is one of the major attributes of God and He wants this to be demonstrated among His children.
Christlike character should be the ultimate goal of every believer, but reverse is the case in the contemporary church of Christ (Romans 5:3,4).
Are you not partial in your dealings with your fellow believers and the unchurched around you? Can the people where you work or the neighborhood live say you are of God?
Human may be partial but God is not; He would rewards everyone according to their deeds:
6 WHO “WILL RENDER TO EACH ONE ACCORDING TO HIS DEEDS”: 7 ETERNAL LIFE TO THOSE WHO BY PATIENT CONTINUANCE IN DOING GOOD SEEK FOR GLORY, HONOR, AND IMMORTALITY; 8 BUT TO THOSE WHO ARE SELF-SEEKING AND DO NOT OBEY THE TRUTH, BUT OBEY UNRIGHTEOUSNESS—INDIGNATION AND WRATH, 9 TRIBULATION AND ANGUISH, ON EVERY EVERY SOUL OF MAN WHO DOES EVIL, OF THE JEW FIRST AND ALSO OF THE GREEK; 10 BUT GLORY, HONOR, AND PEACE TO EVERYONE WHO WORKS WHAT IS GOOD, TO THE JEW FIRST AND ALSO TO THE GREEK" (Romans 2:6–10 (NKJV).
Love of God is poured out in every believer in Christ Jesus at new birth, which is the major attribute of God; If you as a believer allowed it to find expression in you, all other attributes of God like impartiality would be seen and demonstrated through your life wherever you may find yourself.
Peace.
