The Enemy Not a Factor

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Psalm 23:5..

It is written in Proverbs 16:7, that when a man's ways please the Lord, He makes the man's enemy live at peace with him. This is absolutely true about God. When you live a righteous life as a Christian, the Lord will make even your enemies to be at peace with you.

This is what the psalmist acknowledged about God, he noticed the fact and made the proclamation. A significant proof for this is the life of David, he was made king in the midst of his brothers that never really loved him.

Considering the above illustration, a table of glory was prepared before David in the midst of his enemies. The Lord prepared him to ascend that throne of kingship, because God was by David, he became so great that he ruled and conquered mighty nations.

Beloved brethren, no one was able to obstruct the supremacy of God over the uplifting of David, rather, the ones who hated him were also made to rejoice with him and serve him.

No one can stop you from fulfilling your destiny if God is by you. So many people blame the enemy wrongly, the first enemy of a man is in himself! You can only empower your enemies if you are not in good relationship with God. With living righteously, no one can hinder your destiny. If you believe this declaration, say amen. On the contrary,

(Matthew 10:25 NIV) It is enough for the student to be like his teacher, and the servant like his master. If the head of the house has been called Beelzebub, how much more the members of his household!

(Matthew 10:34-36 NIV) "Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. {35} For I have come to turn "'a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law-- {36} a man's enemies will be the members of his own household.'

(Luke 6:22-23 NIV) Blessed are you when men hate you, when they exclude you and insult you and reject your name as evil, because of the Son of Man. {23} "Rejoice in that day and leap for joy, because great is your reward in heaven. For that is how their fathers treated the prophets.

Christians are dying for their faith everyday around the world. Are you that unfamiliar with the Bible or do you pick and choose which verses you want to believe??

Thanks for this gospel, it is true when the Lord is with us, we can't be intimidated by the enemies. Pls disregard the useless and meaningless comment of @barncat. Keep sharing the true gospel.
