Contentment
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. Hebrews 13:5..
A very strong and powerful tool which has so many benefits is communication. However, we must understand that it can also be a strong tool for the enemy to make use of.
When we are not always satisfied with the things the Lord is doing in our life, this act tend to induce apathy on the Lord's commandments, and also attract covetousness within our conversation. A man who is not always satisfied will always look for ways to gain his satisfaction.
Now, covetousness is one of the many ways people tend to fall into in order for them to fully receive what they desire. Covetousness represents evil, because it is an act which induce lusting and desiring to acquire something that is not rightfully yours.
The Lord has told us to always appreciate Him for what He has given to us, He gave His promise never to forsake us at all times. Dear beloved, are you appreciating God for what He has given to you, and are you also contented with what you have? Contentment simply doesn't mean the abstinence of aspiration. The greatest wealth of life is the contentment with a little. Share your comments below!
