Bold as a Lion
The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion. Proverbs 28:1.
There is an important comparison which the scripture has given, this comparison is between the righteous and the wicked. The true worshippers, who are God's righteousness, must be conscious and be more edified of whom they are, and what Christ has made them.
It is also their responsibility to know those who Jesus has made the wicked. The true difference between them is that, Christ Jesus has made the righteous people to be bold as a lion.
On the other hand, the wicked are made to run or flee at the time no one is chasing them. This means that, fear, restlessness, and lack of peace is planted in the lives of those who practice wickedness. The true worshippers ought not to be frightened, or fear the wicked ones at any place because there is greater fear within the wicked which will make them run from the true worshippers. Be bold as a lion!
