TOPIC: GO ON SINNING? NOT ME

TEXT: ROMANS 6:13

BIBLE TEXT: "Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead" (Romans 6:13).

Christian youths who are on their way to heaven, must carefully avoid the lifestyle that accommodates and encourages sin. The careless and unbiblical assumption that when you are tempted and you fall, 'God understands' is not acceptable. Some even wrongly believe the 'once saved, forever saved', or 'Christ lives in my heart and I can live in liberty beliefs'. These are pitfalls to be avoided by a child of God.
We should see our salvation as an opportunity to shine for Christ just as a student granted admission into the institution of higher learning does not go on breaking school rules and regulations because he looks forward to the day of convocation, So the youth will have do away with anything or relationship that tempts him or her to go into sinful practices. All you need do in these perilous times is to obey God's word. Continuing in sin is not Jesus'child's way. Do not stain your white garment.

Challenge: Say no to sin.
