How to recognize a True Christian...May possess any or all of these attributes -

Accepts and believes in Jesus, God’s anointed One.
Receives one grace after another, undeserved, unearned, spiritual, physical, mental and material.
John 1

Whether married or single, upholds marriage between a man and a woman as God “brought the woman to the man” in Adam and Eve, and Jesus blessed marriage (according to Old Testament Law which He never broke) with His first recorded miracle at Cana.
Genesis 2

Like Adam and Eve, does not try (harder) to cover their sin, but trusts in the God-made “clothing” He provides in the righteousness of Christ. Puts on Christ (like clothing).
Chooses to come to the Light and gains back Paradise (the presence of God)
Believes in miracles
Genesis 3; John 3

Sometimes gets tired.
Has a quality of eternal life and shares it.
Speaks truth
Worships in spirit and truth.
Upholds marriage to one spouse as ideal.
John 4

Is free to work every day.
Understands that sin can cause bad things to happen to them.
Desires to “get well”.
John 5

Is more righteous and blameless than most.
Is warned and instructed by God.
Upholds male and female marriage (animals and Noah’s sons and their wives)
Possesses abundance
Does the “work” of God, which is to believe on Jesus and for “food” that endures to eternal life.
Genesis 6; John 6

Has a gift from God that causes them to sublimate their natural, animal or soul inclinations into holiness so that they experience only love and awe of God without material temptations. A gift from God.
Sometimes avoids danger in order to fulfill God's purposes.
Understands and waits for God's timing of His purposes.
Tries to glorify God, not self.
Is true.
Is not hypocritical. Doesn't judge a book by its cover, but with integrity, virtue, purity of life, correctness of thinking, feeling and acting, and approved by God.
Genesis 7 (definition of Tzzadik in Hebrew); John 7

Is not condemned by Jesus, but will not continue to practice sin.
Follows Jesus and has the light of life.
Judges with true judgement.
Knows Jesus and His Father.
Does things that are pleasing to the Father.

Hears and continues in His word and becomes free. Has eternal life.
John 8

Understands that sometimes our imperfections and disabilities are allowed by God so that someday His works will be made manifest in them.
Prayers are heard by God.
Respects and reverences God and does His desires.
Is not under judgement, but sees God working.
Is blessed by God, and together with the “holy nation” of Abraham’s descendants (by faith) blesses all the clans of the Earth.
John 9; Genesis 12; 1 Peter 2:9; Luke 3:8; John 8:39-40

May be rich
Will be ashamed of their sin (compare to the men of Sodom v. 13 Amplified)
Genesis 13

Words of Jesus, still answering the Pharisees’ question in Chapter 9 - Will hear, recognize and pay attention to the voice of their “shepherd”.
Will never follow a stranger, but enter the safety of the sheepfold (the Kingdom of God) by the “Door” Who is Jesus, not a thief and a robber.
Is safe having eternal life and enjoying it in abundance from that time (Jesus’s time) on. Is always kept in His hand.
Can be Gentile as well as Jewish. Knows that Jesus and His Father are One in essence and nature.
John 10
