Recovery isn't just For Drugs and Alcohol
Most people have something in their lives they could work on that would make them a better person. Working a recovery program is an excellent way to do this, and there are many different programs out there for various issues that people deal with.
Why Bother?
I have been pointing out in my last couple of posts that recovery is not just for addicts and alcoholics but it occured to me that people may not realize all the different groups that are available. I decided to make a post with descriptions of the various groups and links to them. Hopefully this resource will spur someone who reads this to seek recovery from something that has been bothering them when they didn't know how or where to reach out.
