Time to switch-off for at least a month, rest and restore body/mind/soul no one is able to help another when washed out, drained. Rest, sleep, music, meditation, good food, long walks make a list, the day is filled in no time at all to mend yourself.
Time to address the next list, jot everything down that comes to mind, what you want to achieve, life really is too short to let the sands of time slip through your fingers.
