Why are you are believer?
What is the reason for becoming a believer? To make heaven? To see wrong in others and highlight you as being sanctimonious? To belong to a 'big' church? Why do we have books/booklet for Christians to use for prayer? Can't a Christian pray from his/ her spirit to God? Why do we love confessing prophetic declaration on paper written by humans compared to searching scripture with your heart? Why do we as Christians believe in what our mentors, pastors, friends tell us instead of sitting down with the word to discover who we are?
Any born again Christian who can't find answer to his or her challenge from the bible isn't a Christian ( or a lazy Christian). What you do or don't do doesn't change God's love for you. What you do or don't do now isn't a factor for making heaven. Heaven is in you not a place to go. Until you catch a revelation in any area of life you need a change, you'll never be in charge and will continually look for someone or something as quick fix.
Your spirit is saved ( one third of you). It has received everything for your enjoyment on earth and eternity in heaven. Take a conscious effort to understand your spirit and use your soul ( mind) to tap into this deposit, then you can manifest it in life ( your body). Stop being religious! There's more to receive from God than wait for man. No one can tell if you are going to heaven or hell; because they can't even be sure of theirs ( except by revelation). There are too many babies in Christianity. They want to be spoon-fed and pampered. My soul follows hard after God ( Ps62:5). You don't rest your guard after becoming a believer. You build yourself in faith via the word of God. Don't be deceived! Your tithe, alms giving, church attendance, evangelism, declaration, prayer, fasting, activities etc is a guarantee for making heaven. Until you are saved by accepting Jesus via believing in your heart and confessing with your mouth, you are only joking and playing religion. You will indeed know by revelation ( personal) that you are saved and the Holy Spirit in you will minister to your spirit thereafter. Your soul is still in the process of being renewed ( your body as well), don't be too sure of any man. We are all going through the process of perfecting our purchased soul and body but it can't be achieved on earth or in this life. You need to die or be in heaven to receive a renewed body ( Your renewed man as written in scripture is your spirit). Keep working on your soul via your saved spirit by God's word. Listen to messages that build your soul ( not your spirit - it is already built and can't be built further), read books that minister to you, attend worship service servicing your soul. Be smart in your choice and don't just fill your days with activities in the name of church.
