TenantCloud vs Avail

Trying to choose between Avail and TenantCloud. Avail is good for very basic functionality, but TenantCloud just goes deeper — especially when it comes to automating communications and tracking everything in one place. I found that TenantCloud's lease management tools were easier to use, and their tenant portal really helped reduce my back-and-forth messages. Plus, I liked that it had more customization options for recurring charges and late fees. If you’re dealing with even a few tenants, the extra convenience makes a difference.
