Am laying emphasis on the DARK chocolate because there are different kinds of chocolate and not all of them come with huge benefits so just relax and enjoy reading

While you are making mental notes on which shop to stop by or gobbling that chocolate bar in your fridge here are some reasons why Dark chocolate is good for you.
It contains a significant amount of antioxidant which is great for boosting your immune system.. You see, antioxidants neutralize free radicals in the body and free radicals have a role to play in almost all diseases.

It also lowers cholesterol.
Studies have shown that it has the ability to lower blood sugar.

It is rich in flavonoids and flavonol making it an amazing brain food and heart food too.
Flavonoids reduce blood clot, hence ensuring seamless blood supply to the heart, lowers the blood pressure and improves blood flow to the brain.

It is one of the most underestimated brain foods. In Japan, dark chocolates with higher cacao concentration are considered as foods for mental power. It is common to see these chocolates on work stations of both men and women.

The darker the chocolate the better. It is important to read labels and always go for the bars that contain at least 70% cacao.

Dark chocolate has good benefits, but this is not an express permission to binge on it. Remember that moderation is key.

On the bitter taste, for me it has become an acquired taste and I’m always looking at my powered up lifestyle everytime I eat it. Therefore DARK chocolate is great for you so go ahead and eat up FB_IMG_1516889853491.jpg
