The second Hebei Garden Expo focuses on green development🌳🌳🌳
Opened on July 16, the second garden expo in Qinhuangdao, a city in north China’s Hebei Province will run through October 18. With a total investment of 1.8 billion yuan, the expo park represents the largest-ever greening project in Qinhuangdao.
The theme of the garden expo is "green dream of port city."
The expo features 40 distinctive gardens throughout its expo park at the foot of Qiyun Mountain.
The garden in the north of the expo is divided into three parts: mountain and plateau; forest and grassland; and rivers, lakes and wetland, representing the unique landscapes of Qinhuangdao.
The garden in the south of the expo is separated into four parts: gardens featuring scenery of the regions south of the Yangtze River, Fujian and Taiwan, Europe and Southeast Asia; single-variety gardens; replicas of botanical gardens in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region; and themed gardens.
